Caucus rooms are furnished with flat-screen TV's or XM Radio, conference tables or comfortable sitting areas, soothing fountains, an endless supply of snacks and drinks, and wireless internet access, enabling the parties and their counsel to remain relaxed, energized and connected throughout the day, so they can be fully involved and invested at all times.

Believing that persistance may be the single most important attribute of a good mediator, Floyd is committed to bringing the parties together, no matter how long it takes. Toward that end, every mediation includes, at no additional cost, unlimited follow up by e-mail and telephone if the matter is not resolved on the day of the mediation, until the parties find what they really seek – closure.
